If you could create your paradise, what would it look like?
Think about today's day, where are you investing your energy? Is it really worth it?
Have you lost commitment to yourself? Your true Soul? How is it different from the persona you portray to the world?
Only insecure fear wants to know the future. A soul is mindful of the present moment.
What your "I love you really mean?". What are your expectations from these words?
What does it mean to have a Self as a priority? What does it mean to have a Soul as a priority? Is there any conflict of interest between the two? Is it supposed to be? What inner critic decided it?
What triggers you and causes you anxiety at this moment. Now step back. Realize that this is just a small fraction of your life. Eventually it will be irrelevant. Why give it so much power?
Letting go isn't giving up. Its realizing that certain battles werent supposed to be fought by you.

Is it true?
In western worldview, individuals are obligated to have a "purpose", to achieve something, to be on the go, to consciously work towards results. There's nothing wrong with it. In eastern worldview, it is conventional to live through the lenses of "being". Who am I at this moment? What am l? Why is it valuable? Is it truly valuable or am I deceiving myself? What my soul really wants?
And you, what do you think can happen if two worldviews are combined together?

What does it mean to you?
Did you give up on your dream in the past? What beliefs made you do it? Was it fear? Imposter syndrome? Lack of trust? Helplessness?
Jealousy and envy trigger areas in your life where you are not committed to yourself. What a third party reflect to you?
What is right? Justice or logic?
Everyone has their own versions of truths. Do you agree?
In Sikh tradition "I am" does not exist, "You, everything and Universe" exist. It is a dance of oneness and connection to everything. Have you ever experienced it?
Codependent relationships lead to the loss of the authentic Self. What does it mean to you?
If you weren't scared of anyone or anything, where would you be right now?
Think about the difference between unconditional and divine love. What is it?
Inconvenient truth leads to inconvenient choices. Is it always the case? There always seem to be an obstacle on a path towards self respect. Otherwise you lose. Virtue means different things for different people inspite their attempts to establish a universal meaning of virtue.

I am here and now, in this moment. I am within myself. I listen and observe. If you had turned into internal observer, what do you see ? Describe in three words.
What is a purpose of loneliness? Sometimes we're so involved with other people that we lose ourselves in them. We lose ourselves in their energy. If you are meant to grow and evolve into something particular and people abandon you, it means their prsence may turn into predicament to your growth. Your soul guides safely separate you from them and influence of their energy. We are born to discover who we are, our own truths. If our truth quest is seriously deviated we go through challenges to awaken a sleeping part of our soul. Life quest is to select to be around your true tribe.

You should dance with skeletons in your closet. Learn their names. Have coffee with them. Ask them important questions like, "What keeps you here?" Learn what doors they keep finding open, and kick them out. - From internet.

Trauma causes fear of unknown. As a result any new blessing is met with fear. It is scary to open an unknown door, be it a job or relationship. Poor people always ask, where is the catch and they don't advance in life. It leads eventually yo learned helplessness. That person always needs cheerleaders in life, someone for support and be a source of security. But would you learn how to walk if someone was always holding your hands?

Think of moments when you had a crisis. What false beliefs and complexes you developped after?
Now think of moments when you had control over these situations. What would you do differently?
How your weaknesses have been exploited?

What part of yourself you abandon and run away from? What you do not value in yourself? What you do not want to see in yourself? What's lurking beneath that you cannot accept?
I would add, if the world is unfair to you, where have you been unfair to your own soul?
If you feel like an elephant in a porcelain shop, ask yourself, what would an elephant do? Sometimes nature is more rational and logical. Elephant cannot be ashamed that he is too big for the environment. Elephants live in a jungle not in a porcelain shop but jungle is scary, isn't it?
Sometimes there's just no more words left, it's liberating.
It's a rare privilege to discover and to know who you really are, but do you have the courage to accept it? And if you do, what happens then?
